Introduction

Phytoplankton
http://www.ipsnews.net/2012/05/climate-change-threatens-crucial-marine-algae/
Have you ever wondered why the climate varies so much each year? Well, this is happening because we are emitting more greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. These greenhouse gases trap heat in the atmosphere and cause the temperature to rise. Species that can't adapt to the rising temperature will be at risk for extinction. Despite being small, phytoplankton play a very important role in providing food, energy and oxygen to sustain other organisms on Earth. This blog will show how the climate change will affect the phytoplankton, the marine system and even us.

  1. Good introduction to climate change and why it's important. I just saw few possible changes. I think in the last sentence you should say "how the change in climate" instead of "how the changing in climate." Also you could be more explicit with your image and just say that that the picture is a picture of phytoplankton just to be really clear.
